My husband and I made pancakes the other day for breakfast. We had our two children home and they each had a friend over, so we had a total of four kids home. I had a new gluten-free pancake mix to try, from Pamela’s Products, but decided to keep it a secret from all the kids that if was “different” than normal. So my husband and I prepared the pancakes.
They were very easy to prepare. We opted to use milk in place of the water as I’ve always made pancakes with milk. They baked up very nicely. When done cooking we spread on some butter and sprinkled them with powdered sugar, then added a bit of warned syrup.
The kids loved them! They ate everything we gave them and asked for more!! My husband and I loved them too. They were fabulous! They had a great taste, you would never believe they were gluten-free. My family has decided that is our “new” normal pancake mix now.
